
李良晖,男,汉族,中共党员,安徽淮南人。获中国矿业大学学士学位、中国矿业大学(北京)硕士和博士学位,本科期间赴加拿大里贾纳大学公派交流,博士期间赴加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学公派联合培养。现为中国矿业大学(北京)能源与矿业学院副教授、国际后采矿研究院副主任。主讲《矿山数字图像处理》《岩层智能控制》等本科生、研究生课程。中绿盟十佳研究生学位论文奖获得者,入选中国科协青年人才托举工程(科协资助),入选2024、2025年度全国高被引学者TOP 5%。主要从事厚煤层绿色智能开采、煤岩识别与小行星采矿等方面研究。
主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项,中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目1项,国家重点研发计划子课题1项,全国重点实验室及其他省部级科研平台开放基金3项,校级教学改革项目3项。研究成果获山西省科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖1项,教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖一等奖1项、二等奖1项,中国煤炭工业协会科技进步一等奖3项、二等奖4项,中绿盟绿色矿山科学技术奖一等奖1项,中国煤炭学会科技创新二等奖1项。
发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI/EI收录42篇;出版专著3部,参编教材1部;获授权国内发明专利18项、国际专利1项,登记软件著作权5项;参与制定行业标准1项、团体标准3项。曾获北京市优秀硕士毕业生、北京市优秀博士毕业生、孙越崎优秀学生奖等荣誉,现兼任第二届全国煤炭科技名词编写委员会矿井关停与未来矿业名词编写分委员会秘书。指导学生获“挑战杯”首都赛青聚AI专项赛特等奖1项、全国采矿作品大赛一等奖1项和二等奖3项、中国国际大学生创新大赛北京市三等奖3项,校级优秀本科毕业设计1项;指导4名学生荣获“中国煤炭学会大学生煤炭科普宣传员”称号(全国共30名)。
Short Biosketch of Dr. Lianghui Li
Lianghui Li, male, Han Chinese, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a native of Huainan, Anhui Province. He received his bachelor's degree from China University of Mining and Technology and his master's and doctoral degrees from China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). During his undergraduate studies, he participated in a sponsored exchange program at the University of Regina, Canada, and during his doctoral studies, he undertook sponsored joint doctoral training at the University of British Columbia, Canada. He is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Energy and Mining Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology-Beijing, and Deputy Director of the International Post-Mining Research Institute. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses, including Digital Image Processing in Mining and Intelligent Strata Control. L. Li is a recipient of the Zhongguancun Green Mine Industry Alliance Top 10 Graduate Thesis Award and has been selected for the China Association for Science and Technology Youth Talent Promotion Program (CAST-sponsored). He was also ranked among the top 5% of nationally highly cited scholars in both 2024 and 2025. His research primarily focuses on green and intelligent mining of thick coal seams, coal–rock recognition, and asteroid mining.
L. Li has led one project under the Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one General Program of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, one subproject of the National Key Research and Development Program of China, three open-fund projects supported by national key laboratories and other provincial- and ministerial-level research platforms, and three university-level teaching reform projects. His research achievements have earned him one First Prize and one Second Prize in the Shanxi Province Science and Technology Progress Award, one First Prize and one Second Prize in the Ministry of Education Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award, three First Prizes and four Second Prizes in the China Coal Industry Association Science and Technology Progress Awards, one First Prize in the Zhongguancun Green Mine Science and Technology Award, and one Second Prize in the China Coal Society Science and Technology Innovation Award.
L. Li has published more than 50 academic papers, with 42 indexed by SCI/EI, and has authored three monographs and contributed to one textbook. He holds 18 granted Chinese invention patents, one international patent, and five software copyrights. He has also participated in the development of one industry standard and three group standards. He has received several honors, including the Beijing Outstanding Master's Graduate Award, the Beijing Outstanding Doctoral Graduate Award, and the Sun Yueqi Outstanding Student Award. He currently serves as Secretary of the Post-Mining Terminology Subcommittee of the Second National Committee for Coal Science and Technology Terminology.
Under his supervision, students have received one Grand Prize in the Qingju AI Special Track of the Beijing “Challenge Cup” Competition, one First Prize and three Second Prizes in the National Mining Works Competition, three Third Prizes in the Beijing Division of the China International College Students' Innovation Competition, and one University-Level Outstanding Undergraduate Graduation Project Award. In addition, four of his students have been selected as “College Student Coal Science Popularization Ambassadors” by the China Coal Society, among a total of 30 students selected nationwide.
