王兆会，男，山东泰安人，副教授，博士生导师，矿业科学与工程系副主任，主要从事采动应力旋转与岩层控制方面的教学与研究工作。入选中国科协青年人才托举工程（2020），获全国高等学校采矿工程专业青年教师讲课比赛一等奖（2022）、全国煤炭青年科技奖（2023）、矿业石油安全领域优秀青年科技人才提名奖（2025）、绿色矿山青年科技奖（2025）；主持国家自然科学基金2项（青年、面上），国家重点研发计划子课题2项，中国博士后科学基金1项，企业委托横向课题20余项。以第一/通讯作者发表SCI/EI检索论文75篇；授权国家发明专利8件，登记软件著作权2件；研究成果获山西省、安徽省及行业协会科学技术一等奖3项（1项R2，2项R3）、二等奖10项（2项R1，2项R2，1项R4，5项R6）。
